3 C’s of a Girl Boss

We’ve all seen the girl boss quotes on Instagram. They really know how to hype you up, am I right? But what does it take to really boss up? Starting my blog has got me really feeling like I’m on way to being a girl boss so here I thought about 3 C’s that every girl boss should have. Let’s get into it.

1. Confidence. This is obvious but still needs to be said. Confidence is key to most things in life and being a boss is no exception. Confidence allows people to feel like they can trust you or better yet trust IN you. Don’t worry if you’re not there yet girl, fake it till you make it and the confidence will start to bloom.

2. Consistency. Staying consistent is how a girl boss stays bossed up. That’s because brands and your audience can trust that they know what they’re getting when it comes to you. I also believe that being consistence is also good for your own pysche because it feels good when you know you’re taking care of business.

3. Composure. Okay, I’m taking this one from Queen Bey herself, the ultimate boss. (Well maybe after Oprah but thats another story) Have you ever seen Beyonce in an interview? Did you see her after Solange put the paws on Jay-Z? Composure Composure Composure. Never let em see you sweat and if they do make sure you glisten! The ability to maintain your composure is a major boss move because it shows self respect and professionalism.

And just for add effect here’s my favorite song to play when I wanna boss all the way up.

I am LOVING the tone of this! I seriously need to be reminded of this daily so I can remember every day what a badass bitch I am. Thank you for the reminder tonight! I’m definitely feeling a bit more empowered right now. SO much love to you!
